Notes:
As Per office manager (DR Brad Podray)
After June 6 and 7th, Dr. Brad is no longer going to work at 9th St.
So all the patients who are already under the treatment, we are giving them two options.
1) Go to the Ankeny Location and continue remaining treatment with him at Ankeny locations.
2) Stay at the same location and continue further treatment with Dr. Rollins.
We started making the list of the patient, creating new Ankeny Charts, calling them to make next appointment at Ankeny location. Some of the patients, we already made new chart and gave them next appointment at Ankeny. But if any Dr. Podray's patient calls back to schedule next appointment, please inform them that after June 7th he is not going to work at 9th St office and they will have to go to ankeny if they want to see the same doctor.

There are some updates after July 1st for Iowa offices.
1) Now patients is not going to have Medicaid of Iowa. All the patient which were having Medicaid of Iowa, their insurance got changed to Dental Wellness and MCNA.
2) I know you guys are not scheduling any start appointments. But let's say if any patient calls and they want to schedule the start appoint for Braces, they need proof of Dental Check up/Cleaning by by their General Dentist. Our Orthodontist generated the letter which we can forward it to the patient or their general dentist. At office level from now on we give this letter on their Consultation Visit. Just in case if they lost it, you guys can forward it to the patient/office.
