WE DO NOT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD. We have had many patients show up to their appointment late and were told by call center that there is a 15 minute grace period and that its okay if they are late. The patients become very agitated when we tell them they will have to reschedule.

NEW PATIENT:

CHILDREN MAY BE SEEN FROM THE AGES OF 7 AND OLDER

*HOWEVER CHILDREN 7-10 NEED TO BE SCHEDULED ON DR DAYS – REGARDLESS OF THEIR INSURANCE*

*Pts 10-20 years old with state or Medicaid insurance should be scheduled on NON DR DAYS*

*Pts 21 years and older need to be scheduled on DR days – regardless of their insurance*

NP consults -- state/welfare insurances. IF THE PT IS OVER 21, state ins will not cover braces. It is only a covered benefit up to age 21, so you would therefore need to create a CASH account and schedule them on a Mon or Weds

emergencies -- wire ONLY, if it is a broken bracket it must be on a DR DAY, Mon or Weds

Send all Bondings and Debonding to the office or send an email. Do not schedule at call center level

It is now $200 per arch for all active patients (patients he has treated)

Still $300 for any person who was not treated by Dr Dhyllon. (Treatment means they had Braces by Dr Dhyllon)

Regular adjustment is $150

Doctor Preferences:

Broken brackets can be put on for REPAIR for 6-8 units, list "emergency broken

brackets" in the remarks no later then 2pm. dr will not do repairs late in day..Or before Lunch

Cancellation Fee:

$ 35.00 same day (First time you can give a warning)
