This is an important competency in tourism education, however, traditional classrooms are limited by the venue, character realism, and interaction time, which makes it difficult to present real traveler service scenarios. In this study, the team developed a contextual Generative AI NPC technology and designed an online interactive simulation game to create two highly interactive and personalized NPC customers for students' dialogue practice and demand interpretation. The simulation of game decision-making with Google Forms helps to enhance students' contextual understanding, practical skills and learning motivation.
