This game is a role-playing leadership training game based on situational leadership theory. Learners play the role of a high school guitar president in the game, and need to talk to the scaffolding-guided GenAI NPC (former president) designed by the research team in a limited time with the addition of a characterization script, to ask about the past activities of the club and the background and personality traits of each member, to get more clues and decide on the appropriate style of leadership behavior to be adopted for each member in order to achieve a higher leadership score for the club.

🎸Situational Leadership Theory's Simulated Situations: Through the situations of the club, you can bring out the big and small things that you will encounter when you play the role of a leader, and at the same time, you can learn how to lead your own members, and give them different kinds of assistance and support depending on the situation.
