Centerplate is another dispute in relation to the historic catering contract. Some monies have been paid to help aid discussions and agree a reasonable resolution to the claim. Centreplate are preparing their paperwork for EP to review given that the Club’s historic paperwork is unreliable and missing key parts. This is a contract based claim on monies owed and contract breaches.
