February 2024 Advisory Board Meeting minutes

There is no embargo in effect currently. During, the January 24 window we had a fee restriction.

There now remains a single suspended fee restriction window for summer 24/25, this only comes into effect if there are any further breaches this season.

The initial third window embargo was removed on appeal.

Why was this received? The Fee restriction placed on the club in January 2024 was due to late payment twice to HMRC and 1 late payment to an unnamed football club for late payment of ticket sales equating to £12k. The usual Clem Morfoni line was used "Admin Error". Those pesky admin errors get everywhere.
