Fans Question: Can you explain the ownership/directors and management structure at the football club?

Club Answer: Clem owns one hundred per cent of the football club and is the sole Director. 

We know this to be lies as he sold 22% shares in the holding company to pay the debentures (satisfied 30th September 2022 on Companies House)

Rob Angus is the CEO, Greg Norman our Financial Director and Sandro Di Michele our Technical Director.
