DPDS dispute has now been settled.

This was taken from the Advisory Board Meeting minutes in December 2021:

Discussions are ongoing in respect of the disputed amount owing for architectural work with the architects DPDS.

Centerplate has taken over the Winding up petition, in respect of an old outstanding debt from outsourcing catering. Winding up petition was dismissed with Club putting what it feels due into a Solicitors account ahead of finalising this dispute.

This has been ongoing since the very first Advisory Board Meeting in September 2021. The total amount owing to Centreplate is in the region of £312k
