On the 31st January 2024, Axis Services Group Ltd part of the Axis Group based in Australia is liquidated. This was the 3rd of Clem's global businesses to be liquidated which also meant that the due diligence that the STFC Trust did which stated that in 2019, Clem's businesses had a globally combined turnover of $200m, the 3 businesses that had been liquidated (Axis M&E, Axis Plumbing NSW Pty Ltd and now Axis Services Group Ltd) in 2019 had a combined turnover of $130m of the $200m.
We can see records on Companies House that James Mark Skelton was appointed as both a Director and Person with Significant Control of Axis Services Group Ltd as of 27th February 2023, although this was not recorded with Companies House until 31st January 2024 (the same day as liquidation).
The petition date for the winding up order was 27th March 2023 and was recorded by the courts from Grant & Hall who were owned in the regions of £1m for 2 tower blocks in London. There is a pattern here with the 3 liquidated companies (they all owe money for projects)
