The Scroll is a long-standing dealer of rare resources for the symphonics. They see the world as the canvas for their Hell, yet a magnificent painting calls for proper tools. The wolf mane brushes are the pacts, and the crimson ink are secrets to the matrix. To them, nothing is off-limits. Business was made to either side, Saboteurs or Integrators, as long as the conditions fit. What had started as a Tempter ring had evolved through time as the premier dealers within the Asian region. If one seeks business with arrogant artists, they must take the equal risk. Break their trust, and they will gladly return the favor.

Every event and people around her retain little attention from her. Her passion lies only within the process of creation, always on a constant prowl for projects that speak to her enigmatic takes. Artifacts of great importance and story tend to interest her, and she would get her hands on them disregarding any consequence. A menace to society.

Seemingly the only sane person in The Scroll that handles most of the statistics and records. A guy like him, always suited and probably reads finance books, hanging around the agency of lunatics almost seems out of place. Behind his rational facade, a part of him did share similarity with his colleagues. He has a manic zeal for the concept of money. Eye does not do business for necessity, but for his own enrichment in seeing the digits go up. He runs several surveillance technology companies on the side. A menace to society.

A demon with deranged commitment to collecting Covers with nemesis stories, toys with human relationships like a stage play. Rhapsody has been seen in the Cover as a retired star conductor, but so far his aspirations suggest a collection of precious Covers is kept with careful attention. Even amongst those in his agency, he is not the most popular character. A menace to society.

A friendly aspiring musician that does not shy away from showing their fascination with the occult. A relatively new member in Scroll yet still figured their way in through their social capabilities. Dark purple, skulls, and pentagrams are their prime choice of fashion components. Occasionally gets carried away when touching on subjects of cults and the glorious image of leading one themself. A part of them enjoys putting up a mystifying front to simply throw others off. A menace to society.

A laid-back and talkative stigmatic that usually helps with deliveries and odd jobs for The Scroll. Rui is a skilled motorbike rider and a capable combatant. Has a rather friendly attitude towards the old Cabal members who had helped him out from being possessed, but also remains loyal to his agency.

A stigmatic follower of Rhapsody. She is an anthropology researcher with questionable morals, putting her vision of righteousness up and foremost. Quiet upon first meeting, she can warm up to those who manage to prove themselves as kind and caring, then return the received goodwill with action. She can only snack on food that is spicy. A menace to society.
