Edith Nicholson Stackhouse was born August 28, 1927 in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. She started a school of Natural Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1979, which ran for four years. She is a massage therapist.
The last ten years of her career she worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Middlebury, Vermont. She currently lives in Vermont.
