Promotions within our department will be determined by assessing the following criteria:
Attitude and Professionalism: Candidates for promotion will be evaluated on their overall attitude, commitment to professionalism, and dedication to upholding the department's values and standards.
Officers must consistently maintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, superiors, and the public.
Their attitude should reflect a commitment to ethical behavior and adherence to departmental codes of conduct.
Decision-Making Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong decision-making abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to handle complex and critical situations effectively.
Officers must demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, especially in critical and complex situations, ensuring that their decisions prioritize safety, departmental policies, and legal standards.
