Team Meals

Team meals are a great way for athletes to build lasting friendships and to carb load before their next meet. Coaches organize one team meal every other week during the regular season.  Cardinals will do a team meal before Conference, Sectionals, and State. Below are items typically donated by families. Please be aware we have multiple food allergies within the team. Please avoid bringing foods containing peanuts and treenuts.  We believe in being inclusive. Coaches ask that every team meal has some gluten free options for our GF athletes.
