Cool Down Stretches

Static Cool downs are important for your mind and body. They help you avoid muscle stiffness.  They're a great way to decompress while team bonding.  Below are examples of the stretches done at practice.

Five minute cool down run before static stretches.  10 minute cool down after a speed workout.
