State 2023

Necedah's XC State Qualifier, Delilah Hedden, traveled to the Ridges golf course to run the most competitive and challenging race in the state. The course has many steep uphills and aggressive downhills. It was a cold 38 degrees with a cold front moving in causing the temperature to drop.  

Delilah ran a strong race, finishing 38th out of the top 152 D3 XC athletes in the state. She ran a course PR by 26 seconds, finishing at 20:37.4! We are so proud of her accomplishments this season! Delilah appreciates the support she received from her coaches, teammates, and the Necedah community on her journey to state!
