SAM Phases

SAM Phase 1 EASY day will be followed before every easy practice during prehab.  If you have other stretches that need completed athletes should find the time to complete this after practice.  SAM Phase 1 HARD day should be done before every hard practice.  We will continue using phase 1 until athletes can move up to phase 2. 

SAM Phase 2 EASY day will be followed before every easy practice during prehab.  If you have other stretches that need completed athletes should find the time to complete this after practice.  SAM Phase 2 HARD day should be done before every hard practice.  We will continue using phase 2 until athletes can move up to phase 3


SAM Phase 3 EASY day will be followed before every easy practice during prehab.  If you have other stretches that need completed athletes should find the time to complete this after practice.  SAM Phase 3 HARD day should be done before every hard practice.  We will continue using phase 3 until athletes can move up to phase 4
