Daily workout routine
About the activity
I have always wanted to work with my physical strength for a long time. Thats why I will keep it simple and set up a daily workout routine I derived from the internet.
20 crunches
10 pushups
20 squats
15 lunges
25 crunches
30 sec. plank
35 jumping jacks
1 more repitition // some other random workouts.
Reflection
One of the major aspect that I need to improve is my physical strength. I was always not confident with my physicals prowess since I was young as I don't usually go outside and play with other kids. I tried workout a few time prior to this but dropped it in a few days or weeks. However, this time, I understand that it is very urgent as my health is now not very well. I've been doing this for month and I have a feeling that I am bit by bit stronger physically. Still, I think 1 repetition is not very enough but I am too lazy to perform more than 3 which concern me a little. However, I will do my best moving forward.
