오늘 컨디션으로는 어찌저찌 10km 한시간 넘겨서 뛸 수는 있었을 것 같음. 그래도 발목/무릎 조심
Warming Up 필수. 허벅지로 뛰기. 뛰고 난 다음날은 꼭 쉬기.
몇몇 기초체력 프로그램/식단을 다시 챙길까? 싶기도 함. 목표는 없어져서 잘모르겠음.

현재와 과거 기록을 비교하면, (1) 조금 더 빨리 뛰고 (2) 더 멀리 +15% 뛰면 2022년도 컨디션으로 돌아옴.
더 오래뛰고, 약간 더 빨리 뛰어야한다는 것이 직접 뛰면서 체감한 부분과 비슷함.
한가지 핑계는 Cottages에서 Walmart로 올라갈 때 약 0.5km 정도 오르막이 있음. 무리하지 않고 천천히 늘려나가면 컨디션이 돌아오거나 더 나아지는 것이 가능하다고 체감됨.
10km 1시간 이내를 뛰는 과거 단거리 목표의 속도+발목 컨디션이 돌아온 것이 느껴져서 좋은 하루.
