Muscle control: Tricep bounce
Rarity: Rare
Triceps control is quite rare as the size, position and form of the triceps muscles build up a high difficulty level of establishing control over.
Physiologically, triceps bounce is probably the repetitive attempt of the tricep brachii muscle to drag the forearm within the upper arm, similar to bicep bounce. Exactly because the forearm remains still, the tricep brachii is moving up, causing the bounce effect.
Triceps, much like biceps, have neither been documented nor are expected, due to their physiology, to be able to roll.
Even though best known for his powerful pec bouncing, youtube user luimarco performed triceps bounce once.
