Abdominal control is the muscle control skill of the abdominal (rectus abdominis) muscles. Due to their structure, they are the only muscle group to have an astonishing variety of stunts/performances which are not restricted to bodybuilders and fit physiques; groups with significantly lower muscle mass like minors and yoga teachers not only can perform but also master abdominal control stunts.
