This is the level where one can control his lower AND upper sternocostal head of the pectoralis major. The addition of the upper head to the bounce performance dramatically adds to the momentum of the performance. The performers of this level usually have incredibly developed chests as well which only emphasizes the full control.
At this level, the performers exhibit a mixed status regarding their muscle control level.
Some of them may have already mastered the pec bounce of the lower sternal head (Pectoral Control Lv3) and now are experimenting with the recently developed and activated upper head, trying to extend their mastered control on the upper head as well. Some others, however, may have recently started practicing their muscle control skill and found that the entire head is activated and ready to be controlled.
Upper and lower head control is performed simultaneously and once the control is extended from lower to upper, the performer usually can't separate them. There are, however, exceptions.
Abrupt transitions to other pec control performances (ex. pec roll) are common here.
