At this level, a mastered control of both the sternocostal heads (lower and upper) of the muscle has been established.
Clavicular control may be present as well but due to the relatively small size of the clavicular and the waves spread on it by the bouncing sternocostal head we have chosen to ignore it.
By mastered, we mean that the performer has total control over his entire pec major, can interchange the contractions between his two pecs fast and readily and can accelerate their contractions at impressive speeds. Instant transitions to other pec control performances (ex. pec roll, pec shake) are common here.
Our Youtube playlist of this control may be found here.
Kasey Rolow manages to confuse his camera's auto-zoom several times with his powerful pectoral contractions.
Marc Lobliner is a case of extremely powerful upper sternocostal and clavicular control.
His pec bouncing is one of the most explosives ever recorded.
