Muscle Control: Deltoid bounce
Rarity: Very rare
A rare muscle control performance, mostly because deltoids are very difficult to isolate and gain control over, deltoid bounce will be mostly witnessed by some performers who accidentally cause contractions to their deltoids during pec bounce performances (deltoid pseudobounce).
It is, however, possible to gain control over one or more of the three delt sets, usually the medial deltoid. It is unclear if one can gain control over all three delt sets or be able to control each separately, even though separate control of the posterior and arterior deltoid has been performed.
A few examples:
Wrestler showing off pec bounce, causing middle deltoid pseudobounce as well.
The yellow-shirt teen performs pec bounce, activating mild contractions on his posterior deltoid too (pseudobounce).
Example of isolated medial deltoid bounce.
The most aesthetic and well-known deltoid bounce performer, DylonSC/mfitbg performs posterior and arterior linear deltoid bounce.
