Muscle control: Stomach Roll
Rarity: Uncommon
Stomach roll is a moving stomach inflation and the second most famous ab control performance (after stomach vacuum).
In stomach roll, the abdominal muscles are contracting to a form of extraction, making the abdominal inflate, like abdomen inflation. The "roll" indicates that the bodybuilder can do this form of muscle inflation from the top to the bottom of his abdominal, resulting in a wave/roll effect where a "ball" beneath the skin seems to be vertically rolling from the top to the bottom of the abdominal section.
Few performers may invert-stomach roll, meaning that the rolls start from the bottom and then move up to the top of the abdominal section. Fewer will be able to perform both, interchanging between classic and inverted stomach roll.
