5th to 6th Grade Transition Meeting

The 5th and 6th Grade School Counselors hold a transition meeting for all 5th grade students and learning coaches in May. In this session, the school counselors will share important information about what classes look like in the middle school and what changes to expect. Students will also hear from some of the 6th grade teachers and students!
