Throughout the year we will have the opportunity in class to cover an array of healthy eating topics so that students could examine their own eating patterns and identify healthier food choices.
Throughout the year we will discuss what an everyday and a sometimes food is. They will be able to discuss and categorise foods according to whether they are a sometimes food or every day food and where foods are categorised according to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating - look at protein, dairy, fruit, vegetables and grains.
