Offensive and Defensive Skill development:
Passes - shoulder pass, bounce pass, chest pass and lob.
Defending skills - sticking like glue with our players, keeping 3 feet away, following them with our eyes and body without touching anyone.
Attacking skills - learning to lead and call out for the ball, make space away from someone trying to take the ball away from us
Games - playing games that involve shooting, keepings off, passing the ball five times to win a point for our team to name a few.
