Throwing and Catching Unit:

Bouncing Unit
We will introduce the concept of bouncing to our year 1 students, this may not be new to the year 2 students but we will focus on perfecting these skills in a number of games during our PE lessons.

Punting Unit
A form of kicking with the ball being released from the hands while the ball is still in the air. You will see this type of kicking in AFL. Students at this age were taught three things to focus on: 1. Eyes on the ball, 2. Hold the ball at hip height 3. Step forward onto punting foot and kick leg through.
