Page set up for 6”x8” books
If you are on Google docs, first save to your desktop by downloading to word. (Skip if you do not have word)
Spell check again
Increase font size 6 points, don't forget page number (At least 18pt)
Find zoom to whole page view
Change any fonts, styles or special spacing
Remove header Type format a Small book -Do not remove page number field in footer
Click cursor at the beginning of each page and insert a page break (under the insert pull down menu)
Adjust print for each page
You may add shapes for portrait boxes or to add to pictures.
Check tabs and page amounts- Books contain 14 pages
Check with Mrs. Stambol before printing
Drag down to print
Cut an inch off at the top (7 1/2 in)
Cut paper in half ( 5 1/2 in )
Draw and color pictures
Rubber cement neatly in book
One page margins – L (.75), R (3.75), H (.5), G (0), T (.75), B (1), F (4)
16 is the most pages for the small books
Macs -Click on Copies and Pages and change to layout - change pages per sheet from 1 to 2
Dells Find pages per sheet and change from 1 to 2
Dells on the server change 1 page per sheet to 2 pages per sheet
Put story on cutting board for Mrs. Stambol to cut.
You must have a folder to keep pictures neat.

Before you begin, make sure all changes have been made (Spelling, spacing, font, size)
Choose font size and font
Remove header Type format a Tall book-Do not remove page number field in footer
Change rt margin to 2 ( you will cut off 3/4 in on rt)
Left margin is 1.25
Top margin 1.5 ( you will Cut off .5)
