Chapter 2: Fulfilled From Store (FFS)
The map shows the different zones that each FFS store supports as of March 2023. As of Nov 2023, FFS operations have expanded to 10 stores islandwide.
What is the Fulfilled from Store (FFS) Model?
The Fulfilled From Store (FFS) model of operations offers same day delivery for customers to get their ordered items quicker with each FFS store supporting delivery within their assigned zones. FFS stores consist of a mixture of Hyper Marts and Supermarkets located islandwide, allowing Marketplace sellers to offer their items to more customers in the heartlands.
FFS Operations Overview
Operational Requirements of FairPrice Marketplace FFS model
Sellers may opt to join the FFS operational model in order to offer same day and next-day delivery services to customers living within these FFS zones under the following operational requirements.
The FFS fulfillment model only supports order-level packing as opposed to the PFC (Joo Koon) SKU-level packing process. In order to join the FFS operations, sellers will have to be able to support this mode of packing. More information about the order-level packing and pickup process can be found below.
Should you be able to support these operational requirements and wish to express interest in joining the FFS fulfilment model, please reach out to your Category Managers. Do note that onboarding to the FFS fulfilment model is subject to operational capacity and assortment review.

*For a more detailed Order-level packlist and packing explanation please read the FAQ here!
Step 1: Retrieve FFS Daily Order Level Packlist Email
FFS Order Level Packlists are sent out via the <fairpricesg.report@fairprice.com.sg> email
Step 2: Print out the Order Level Packlists
Print all order labels and pack separately per customer's order and item storage types. Each sheet represents 1 customer order.
Step 3: Cross out QR codes that are not applicable to the package storage type (up to 5 Dec 2023)
Paste each packlist on corresponding customer packages. Ensure QR Code and packlist order no. is visible. In the example below, the items are ambient items and thus the Frozen and Chilled storage type QR codes should be crossed out.
Smudged, or wrong markings may lead to the items being stored in the wrong temperature, damaging the item, resulting in non-delivery to customers. Fairprice will not be liable for any damage caused by unclear marking of QR Codes.
To prevent smudging, we recommend:
Printing your order labels on water proof/resistant paper
Protect order labels in thin clear plastic or with a layer of clear tape
Use permanent black markers to cross the labels. Do not use pens with faint ink.
Step 4: Indicate items that are out of stock (OOS) on the order packlist
Sellers are to indicate the reason on the order packlist if they are unable to fulfill that item e.g. OOS x1 and indicate item and reason for drop-off.
*Sellers are to inform their FairPrice Marketplace’s POC if they are unable to fulfill ALL SKUs on the packlist so that pickup can be cancelled.
Alongside updating inventory regularly, we will need all orders and containing boxes to be sealed and tamper-proof to prevent any loss of items during the delivery process to customers. We will also be ensuring that stores and customers report any unsealed orders so we can investigate the cause of drop offs accordingly.
Drivers will reserve the right to reject any parcels that are not sealed**1. Any rejected items that do not get fulfilled to the customer will count as a drop-off**2 as well.
What does sealed packaging refer to?
All FFS orders are required to be packed on an order-level basis, then grouped into each of the seperate stores (JEM, Changi, VIVO, Sportshub, Parkway, etc.) for pick-up. Refer to the table below on what needs to be sealed in the event of many orders per store or single order per store.
For Chilled/Frozen Items:
Pack by order level into double-knotted plastic bags. 1 customer order = 1 bag. For ice cream SKUs, please pack with dry ice.
Sellers to GROUP orders for the same store together to facilitate pickup, as our transporters will pack them in cooler boxes to ensure cold chain kept.
Ensure that every bag has an order packlist. Remember to cross out the appropriate QR codes.
Handover the items to transporters/FFS Staff.

🌍 Eco-friendly Packaging Recommendations:
To support our on-going sustainability efforts for a Green Future and reducing excessive waste, please follow these recommendations to mitigate our environmental impact when packing products for shipment:
Choose a reused corrugated carton box that is slightly larger than your item - Finding the right-sized packaging is key to reducing waste and avoid damages. The remaining space should be properly filled with filler material (e.g. packing peanuts, paper) for additional cushioning and protection.
💡 Tip
Avoid using a carton box size that is too big for your item as it can do more damage in transit.
Avoid using excessive filler material if the item is Non-Breakable (i.e. Items that will not be deformed, broken, or damaged during shipment).
2. Choose Reusable, Recyclable, and Biodegradable plastic bags - Reuse your plastic bags for order-level packing.
💡 Did you know?
Reusable plastic bags need to be reused 4 times to offset carbon emissions from producing one single-use plastic bag.
3. Print order packlists using recycled paper - If you have office paper that you no longer need or accidentally printed extra one-sided documents in office, reuse them to print your packlists!
💡 Did you know?
In 2021, only 39% (437 thousand tonnes) out of 1.136 million tonnes of paper waste generated in Singapore was recycled.
[NOTE]
Please note that FairPrice Marketplace does not provide packaging materials and sellers are expected to source their own packaging for shipment.
For Ambient Items:
Seller to prepare CARTON BOXES to place all packed orders into.
Indicate on the carton:
a. Store Name i.e. JEM/VIVO/Sportshub/Changi/Parkway
b. Seller Name i.e. Seller ABC
c. Carton Count (e.g. 1 of 2 means it is the 1st of the 2 cartons for Vivo)
Pack by order level into plastic bags. 1 customer order = 1 bag. (Please do not use paper bags or bags with any branding)
Ensure that every bag has an order packlist. Remember to cross out the appropriate QR codes.
Handover the items to transporters/FFS Staff.
