Chapter 3: About Rejections, Returns, and Cancelled Orders
Two Types of Return forms
There are two types of return forms that you may encounter, they can be identified as per the pictures below. Form 1 is the Rejections Return form and Form 2 is the Cancellation Return form.
Rejection Returns form (Form 1)
Items that are recorded and returned via Rejection form are items that were rejected upon receiving at the warehouse due to the possible following reasons below. The date of rejection and reason for rejection will also be clearly marked on the Rejection form that will be tagged to your returned item.
List of possible Rejection (Form 1) reasons:
1. Visible Product Damage (e.g. torn packaging, dented tins)
2. Expired Items
3. Items not in Picklist
4. Excess Items
5. Wrong Barcode
6. Barcode clashing with Retail
7. Temperature Check Fail (for Chilled/Frozen items)
Expected Return date for Rejection form items:
- Items are to be returned on the seller's next pickup
Cancellation Returns form (Form2)
Items that are recorded and returned via Cancellation form are items that are likely to be returned to you because of the follow reasons below. The date on the Cancellation form refers to the date that our warehouse schedules the return, this is also the date that is reflected on the Returns Report which is available on the Seller Portal. For more information on the Returns Report, please see Chapter 4: Returns Report.
List of possible Cancellation (Form 2) reasons:
1. Customer Cancellation after the picklist has already been generated
2. Customer Rejection of the items upon delivery
3. Warehouse Operational Errors
4. Product Quality Issues (due to seller)
Expected Return date for Cancellation form items:
- Items are to be returned on the seller's next pickup once it has been assigned a scheduled return date (usually 3-5 days after the scheduled return date)
