I firmly believe that building relationships with students is by far the most important thing I can do. Without a solid relationship that has been built on trust and respect to create that positive rapport, no quality of learning can/will take place.
I consider myself so blessed to have my passion as my career. At the end of my time here, to know I have made a difference in even one life through my teaching, would mean I was successful.
I consider FACS courses imperative for the development of successful young adults. FACS classes prepare students for family life, work life, and careers by providing opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed for success. I am excited for another wonderful year here at Monticello High School!
