Teen Issues is an elective course that is especially relevant for students interested in careers that involve interacting with people.
This class is valuable for all students as a life foundation and academic enrichment. This course addresses the knowledge and skills needed for positive and productive relationships in career, community, and family settings. Major course topics include communication skills, leadership, teamwork and collaboration; conflict prevention, resolution, and management; building and maintaining relationships; and individual needs and characteristics and their impact on relationships.

Escape the Vape Video Challenge
Escape the Vape is a PSA video contest where Minnesota 6th-12th graders can use their voice to raise awareness about the dangers of vaping and expose the shadowy commercial tobacco marketing tactics behind it. Just create and upload your 30-second, vape-bashing masterpiece, and you could win $500 for you and $500 for your school or organization, along with other great prizes.
