Hello, My name is Ms. Dorf. I am the 8th-grade FACS teacher at Monticello Middle School. This subject is more formally called Family and Consumer Science (FACS). In this class, we will learn about nutrition & wellness, culinary arts, career planning and continued education, financial literacy, sewing and textile construction, and healthy relationships. 

This is my fifth year teaching at Monticello, and I could not be more excited. I want every student to enjoy and succeed in my classroom, so never hesitate to reach out.
