Donna Briggs is remembered for being the 4th Runner-Up to the Miss America title, and also for traveling to Atlantic City by plane!! She was a talented singer, dancer, and painter, and studied art in NYC.

Donna Briggs Lukken was the star of the 2018 Miss Oklahoma Competition when she returned for her 70th anniversary of being crowned. She received a standing ovation, a crown, and a wonderful evening of reminiscing.
