• 口頭発表論文の著者（ロングオーラル、ショートオーラルを含む）
  Authors of oral papers (including both long and short oral)

• 一般論文の著者
  Authors of general papers

日程

• 7/26, 27, 28 のうちいずれか1日(インタラクティブセッションの時間帯)となります．
  One of July 26, 27, or 28 (during the interactive session).

• ポスターは本会議の3日間，貼りっぱなしにしていただくことができます．ご自身の発表時間までには必ず貼付ください．発表後は各自で剥がしてお持ち帰りください．
  You may leave your poster in place for the three days of the conference. Please be sure to affix your poster before your presentation time. After your presentation, please remove it by yourself and take it home.

• 7/25の15:00から展示場にポスターを貼ることができます．
  Posters can be put up in the exhibition hall from 15:00 on 7/25.

• 7/26, 27, 28は9:00から展示場へ入場できます．
  On July 26, 27, and 28, visitors can enter the exhibition hall from 9:00.

• 7/25 18:10，7/26 18:10，7/27 18:20，7/28 17:10までに展示場から退出してください．その後は施錠します．
  Please leave the exhibition hall by 18:10 on 7/25, 18:10 on 7/26, 18:20 on 7/27, and 17:10 on 7/28. After that, the exhibition hall will be locked.

• W900mm x H1800mm（A0縦のポスターを貼ることができます）
  Posters are in the A0 portrait size.

• 机・椅子・電源の支給はございません．
  Desks, chairs, and power supplies will not be provided.

• ポスターはご持参ください．宅配業者によるポスターの搬入搬出はお断りしております．
  Please bring your own poster. Posters cannot be carried in and out by courier companies.

質疑応答 / Question and Answer

• 現地会場での質疑応答が主になりますが，オンライン聴講者などからslackで質問が来ることもありますので，発表後もslackへの質問にはご対応下さい．
  Q&As are mainly from the on-site, but questions may also come from online audiences via slack. Please respond to the questions via slack after your presentation.

• オンライン聴講者のため，slack上にポスターや動画を置いていただいても構いません．動画を置く場合，slackのストレージ制限のため，動画ファイルそのものではなく，動画へのリンクを貼ってください．
  You may place posters and videos on slack for online audiences. If you place videos, please put links to the videos instead of video files due to the storage limitation of slack.
  

会場ネットワーク / Internet Connection in the Venue

• 会場内に届く無料WiFiがございますが，回線が細いため品質保証できません．
  Free WiFi is available in the venue, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the WiFi due to the low network speed.

聴講者による写真撮影について / Photography by the Audience

• インタラクティブセッションのポスターを撮影されたくない場合は，明示的に「撮影禁止」とポスターに表記して下さい．
  If you do not want your poster to be photographed in the interactive session, please clearly indicate "No Photography" on your poster.

サムネイル画像 / Thumbnail image

• ７月１日までに提出してください．口頭発表候補論文と一般論文の著者が対象となります．招待講演の発表者はサムネイル画像の提出は不要です．

Authors of oral paper candidate papers and general papers are requested to submit a thumbnail image by July 1. Thumbnail images are not required for presenters of invited papers.

• サムネイル画像は，EA集(予稿集)とオンライン参加者向けのポータルサイトに使用します．
  Thumbnail images are used for the proceedings (EA collection) and the portal site for online participants.

• サイズは幅484 x 高さ260 ピクセルとしてください．
  The size should be 484 pixels wide by 260 pixels high.

• ファイルサイズの上限は300K byteとします．
  The maximum file size is 300K bytes.

• ファイル形式はjpgでお願いします．
  The thumbnail image should be in the JPEG format.

• 提出先は論文PDFを提出した投稿CMTサイト (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/MIRU2022) になります．一般論文の著者のアップロード方法は6月10日以降にアナウンスします．
  Please submit it via the CMT website (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/MIRU2022). Submission instruction for the authors of general papers will be available on or after June 10.
