Curipod is an interactive learning tool that can personalize instruction and engage students, providing accessibility features and creation assistance through AI. Curipod uses AI to create lessons that will spark curiosity within teachers and excite students to learn. Students can gain more joy for learning if they are engaged with the tools used in the classroom. This tool is great to continue that joy and keep the students engaged while giving the teachers a place to start while making content. While using this tool, the teacher can put the standard they are working from in Curipod, and it will develop slides and a lesson to go along with that standard. Teachers can then go into the slides and make them their own by editing, deleting, and changing as much content as they like. Curipod has features such as open questions, drawing, polls, and AI feedback responses to engage students in the classroom.
Curipod can be related to multiple aspects and domains of the Danielson framework. This tool can fit into component 3B: Using Questioning and Discussion Techniques because of the feature the tool supplies to question students' understanding of the material. For example, I created Curipod polls in my lesson to allow students to answer and discuss questions. Curipod could also fall into Component 3C: Engaging Students in Learning because of all the features that excite students and get them involved. Overall, interactive lessons like Curipod can enhance domains 3B and 3C of the Danielson framework in the classroom.
