Quizizz is an online program that allows teachers to create formative assessments for their classrooms. I created a 10-question formative assessment for my Co-Op on Job skills. While working with this tool, I have learned that Quizizz offers immediate feedback, flexibility, data analysis, and fun through games!

The teacher can choose from various question types, quiz modifications, time limits, etc. This flexibility allows the teacher to change their assessment and accommodate their student's needs. Specifically, in special education, this is an excellent tool to meet the students' needs and make modifications to help the students grow in learning.
The teacher can assess their students' progress and areas of growth through the Data analysis that is given to them through Quizizz. This data analysis gives the teacher the student's performance, overall scores, question data, and class trends. This is an excellent way for teachers to identify the class's strengths and weaknesses.
Quizizz also offers many different game options, which makes the formative assessment enjoyable and engaging for the students. Tools such as leaderboards, avatars, memes, and many other resources help the students have fun while learning!
All in all, Quizizz is a great resource for formative assessment in the classroom. This tool is flexible, reflective, impactful, and empowering for teachers to use to assess their students.
