⬆️ MCMTR Server Upgraded to Version 1.21.11

⬆️ MCMTR 伺服器已升級至 1.21.11 版本

Good news! After almost exactly one year after the server was upgraded from 1.18.2 to 1.19.4, we are finally able to upgrade the server again. As of now, most of the plugins we use now support 1.21.11, so we don't see a reason why not to upgrade.

‼️ The server's base version is now 1.21.11. From now on, for Java players, please use 1.21.11 or newer versions to join; for Bedrock players, please use the latest version to join, just as before. Whitelist is now turned off, meaning the server is now open to the public again.

Upgrading the server to 1.21.11 brings certain benefits and improvements, such as:

• builders can now build with new blocks, items, etc.

• an issue regarding "levitating minecarts" and server desynchronisation should have been eliminated

• all future plugins developed by us can be based on the 1.21.11 API instead of older versions

Of course, there are still potential risks with the server upgrade, which is why we have created a backup of the server before we did any upgrade work. In the unlikely event that you do encounter any potential bugs, please do not hesitate to let us know in ⁠our Discord, and there is still a possibility that we can revert the server back to 1.19.4.
