  We only accept appeals submitted through this appeal form. Appeal forms with missing or invalid information will be ignored.

• 如果你在沒有獲得懲罰的情況下提交申訴表，你將會被警告。
  Submitting an appeal form without actually receiving a punishment will result in getting warnings.

• 你只能代表自己提出申訴，不能代表其他人提出申訴。
  You may only appeal on behalf of yourself and not on behalf of other people.

• 請使用理性的態度填寫此申訴表。嚴禁使用任何不當字詞。我們保留永久不接受你的申訴表的權利。
  Please fill out this appeal form in a rational manner. DO NOT use any inappropriate words. We reserve the right to permanently refuse accepting your appeal forms.

• 處理你的申訴表的時間可能會因我們需要處理的申訴表的數量而比較長。
  Depending on the number of appeal forms we need to process, it may take a long while for us to review your appeal form.

• 提交申訴表並不能保證你的懲罰將被撤銷。我們會根據你所寫的內容評估你的申訴表。你的申訴表中的內容越詳細，我們就越有可能接受你的申訴並撤銷你的懲罰。
  Submitting an appeal form does not guarantee that your punishment will be revoked. We will evaluate your appeal form based on what you wrote. The more detailed the content of your appeal form, the more likely we will accept your appeal and revoke your punishment.
