blind contour

This was an assignment for studio, where we simply had to blindly draw a few faces or figures. I love doing blind portraits, so when I got this assignment, I went home and did it right away; closed my eyes and drew out a bunch of wonky faces on a piece of paper. That paper stayed in my folder for several weeks, waiting for an idea to spark so I could extend it and all that came to me was to add small details to the facial features of each subject. I really enjoy how that turned out, but some of the other faces weren't as satisfying so I recycled the good ones and glued them together on another page, but failed to find a final background display for the piece, so it will remain like this until the time comes.
