The MCJROTC cadet staff at Horn Lake High School is made up of cadets that have proven their leadership abilities and possess the requisite skills to lead the cadet battalion throughout the school year and under the supervision of the instructor staff. Cadets are placed in challenging roles within the company and platoon chains of command. Cadet staff members plan, organize, lead, conduct, and supervise all cadet activities during the school year. They are held to the highest cadet standards as is expected of any leader.
