Leadership at its Finest

Leadership is the foundation of our MCJROTC Program here at Horn Lake High School. Cadets are given the unique opportunity to earn positions of leadership and hone their leadership abilities through the practical application of daily responsibilities based on a military rank structure model. Cadets apply themselves in accordance with proven Marine Corps leadership objectives, traits, and principles. Each cadet leader is mentored and supervised by the MCJROTC instructor staff with the endstate of creating responsible and effective young leaders within our communities.
