College ROTC

Those desiring to serve as a commissioned officer without the massive commitment of a service academy may consider college ROTC as a potential option.  The college ROTC program is available to students approved to attend a university with a resident program.  The first two years of participation are elective in nature, and the last two year will require a military service commitment as a commissioned officer.  College ROTC programs offer scholarships up to a full four-year scholarship.  College life is similar to any other college student with the additional ROTC requirements throughout the week.
