CYCLISTIC BIKE SHARE CASE STUDY

This project is a case study of a fictional bike share company known as Cyclistic with two categories of riders in its program - casual  riders and annual members also known as casual & members. The bikeshare company is eager to improve its financial standing and has reached a resolution to create a new marketing strategy for converting its casual riders to become annual members. The presentation showcases how Cyclistic last 12 months historical bike trip data was used to create a thorough analysis using R  and excel to portray data driven insights and visuals on how differently both casual riders and annual members uses its bikeshare service. The project concludes with possible recommendations on a few new marketing strategies to be considered based on the insights garnered.

This project was developed as part of the requirement for the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate Course on Coursera.
