The best marketing strategies aren’t top down, they’re outside in, starting with the customers’ needs and wants.

This statement was critically analyzed using Amazon as a case study organization. The study aimed to show whether customer's voice drives strategic marketing decisions in the organization with the author making great references to a wide range of relevant academic literature to back up the report  analysis.

In order to complete this activity, academic research was assiduously carried out using literature from journals, books, etc. Also, a critical evaluation was undertaken with rich and effective use of evidences and sources

Lastly, the findings were presented in an appropriate format in line with best practices.
