Yin Yoga helps lengthens connective tissues, increase flexibility, boosts your circulation, and reduces stress level. Yin Yoga helps manage your anxiety.


Yin Yoga Practices

  1. This practice helps stretch and target both the deep connective tissue between the muscles and fascia throughout the body.

  2. Mainly practiced to increase flexibility, and increase the circulation in the joints.

  3. Also helps with the flow and energy a person has when he wakes up, or even throughout the whole day.

  4. Self-love means you have the ability to love yourself for who you are and it does make a huge impact when doing yoga. Becoming one with yourself can help too.
