What is it?

Being well hydrated before starting the class is necessary.
The disadvantage is that high levels of heat are not suitable for everyone.
To be considered as hot yoga or Bikram Yoga, it needs to be done inside a room with a temperature of 105 or 100+ Fo and an humidity of 40%.
The classes are 90 minutes in length.
Newbies should arrive to classes at least 30 minutes early to let their bodies to acclimate to the heat or get used to it.
