Bikram Yoga

What is it?

  • Hot Yoga classes

    • Being well hydrated before starting the class is necessary.

    • The disadvantage is that high levels of heat are not suitable for everyone.

  • To be considered as hot yoga or Bikram Yoga, it needs to be done inside a room with a temperature of 105 or 100+ Fo and an humidity of 40%.

  • The classes are 90 minutes in length.

  • Newbies should arrive to classes at least 30 minutes early to let their bodies to acclimate to the heat or get used to it.
