Transcendental Yoga is a silent mantra form of meditation. It was established by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. This meditation is involved with Mantra and is practiced twice per day for 20 minutes while sitting with ones' eyes closed. Some benefits of Transcendental Yoga includes minimizing your anxiety, helping you manage your stress, and lowering your blood pressure.
