Grading is underway for new construction across Hwy 60 for a second building in the medical complex which I understand will have five buildings when completed. The first building completed is near Souther Rd. The first several photographs were made from the circle on Fern Shadow Lane near Mt. Vernon Rd. and do not show the grading next to Price Rd. The photos showing the grading by Price Rd were made from Evening Song Lane next to the campus entrance. The photos showing the LVE campus were made from both locations.
The following photos were made from Evening Song Lane and show the grading of the complex entrance off Price Rd.
There has been no announcement of the restaurants projected for the area between CVS and Publix.
The following photos show some of the LVE Campus and also mountain and lake views we could see if we were 400 ft in the air.
